Bold, playful and graphic, Aleksy Marcinow's work brings a fresh perspective to contemporary colour illustration. His compositions often do without traditional outlines, relying on rich colour, strong contrast and controlled stippling to define form and depth. A real understanding of graphic design runs through the approach, with every shape, texture and colour serving the composition. Technical complexity combined with expressive simplicity gives the tattoos a distinctive identity.
