Nothing on the Site, in our emails or from our concierge is medical, dermatological, pharmaceutical or legal advice, and none of it replaces a consultation with a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist. Ink-Profiler™ suggestions and care planner reminders are product guidance generated from the information you give us. They are not a diagnosis.

If you have a skin condition, an allergy, a weakened immune system or any concern about your skin or a tattoo, consult a doctor. Seek medical attention promptly if you notice signs of possible infection or an allergic reaction. Do not ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

How a tattoo heals and how it looks over time depend on many factors, including your skin, health, age and lifestyle, the placement and size of the tattoo, the inks and techniques used, sun exposure and how you care for it. Your tattoo artist knows your tattoo best. Always follow the aftercare guidance your artist gives you and consult your doctor if you are concerned. Our products are designed to complement that guidance, not replace it.

Any cosmetic product can cause a reaction in some people, even if it is formulated for sensitive or tattooed skin. Read the full ingredient list and warnings before use, patch test each product as directed on the pack and stop using a product immediately if irritation or any other reaction occurs. If you have known allergies, check with your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Individual results vary. Descriptions of how our products look, feel or perform describe typical cosmetic effects and are not a promise of any particular outcome for you.

Where we refer to consumer trials, testing or surveys, the results reflect the people who took part under the conditions of that trial. They are not a guarantee that you will experience the same results. Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the people who wrote them.

SKINGRAPHICA products are cosmetics. They are intended to care for, protect and improve the appearance of the skin and of tattoos. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about our products describe their cosmetic effects only.

LUME refreshes the look of faded ink. It does not add pigment.

Ink-Safe™ is a SKINGRAPHICA trade mark. It is not a certification, approval or standard issued by any government, regulator or independent body.

Regulatory classifications differ between countries. Product information on the Site is prepared for the countries we sell to. Always follow the label supplied with your product.

SHIELD is a daily SPF15 for healed tattoos, formulated with organic filters. It provides a moderate level of sun protection for everyday incidental exposure.

SHIELD is not a substitute for a broad spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen on long days outdoors or whenever you expect high or prolonged sun exposure. No sunscreen provides complete protection. Use SHIELD as one part of your sun protection. Also seek shade, wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses, limit time in the sun when UV levels are high and apply and reapply sunscreen as directed on the pack.

Black Ivy, GRAPHICA and NOVA are our editorial opinion. Artists are assessed by anonymous inspectors against criteria we publish on the Site. Rankings and citations are judgements made in good faith on the basis of those criteria and the information available to us at the time. Other people may reasonably reach different views.

Places in the rankings are never for sale. A ranking is not an endorsement or guarantee of any particular tattoo, studio, price, hygiene standard or outcome, and the absence of an artist from a list says nothing about their work. Choose an artist and studio using your own judgement, including by checking their licensing and hygiene practices where you live.

Ranked artists can ask us to correct factual details in their profile at policies@skingraphica.com.

Letters we provide to ranked artists confirm factual information about their ranking. They are not immigration, migration or legal advice and they do not guarantee the outcome of any visa or other application. Artists should seek advice from a registered migration agent or a qualified immigration lawyer.

Our Academy articles, ICONICA stories, care guides and the Ink-Sights™ research report reflect our research and views at the date of publication. Statistics and trends are drawn from the sources stated with them. Knowledge and practice change over time, so some content may become out of date. We review content periodically but we do not promise that every page reflects the latest developments.

Featured Artists, interviews and other contributions may include the views of artists, studios and other people. Those views are their own and do not necessarily reflect ours.

The Site links to other websites and social media platforms, including the profiles of ranked artists and studios. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability. A link does not mean we endorse the site or anything on it.

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and up to date. Despite this, the Site may contain errors, including in product descriptions, images, prices and availability. If we become aware of an error we will correct it as soon as we reasonably can. If an error affects an order you have placed, our Terms of Service explain what we will do.

We may need to suspend parts of the Site for maintenance or security. Products, programs and offers may be withdrawn or changed and may not be available in every country.
