LegalConsumer Health Data.

Our Ink-Profiler™ skin assessment tool asks about your skin and your tattoos. Your answers are processed in your own browser to show your result. They are not sent to us and we do not store them.

We collect consumer health data only when you choose to share it with our concierge, for example by emailing us your Ink Profile result or a photo. It may include

• your skin type, skin sensitivity and any reactions you tell us you have had to skincare
• the age, location on the body and healing stage of your tattoos
• conditions or treatments you mention, such as a recent laser appointment
• photos of your skin or tattoos that you send us.

We use this information only to answer your question and give you the care guidance you asked for. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not use it to make assumptions about you.

We collect consumer health data directly from you, through your messages and attachments to our concierge. We do not buy it or obtain it from anyone else.

We share consumer health data only with Microsoft, which provides our email, and with Shopify, which hosts our website and customer records, under contracts that require them to use it only to provide services to us. We do not share it with advertising platforms. Analytics and replay tools are switched off on the Ink-Profiler™ tool.

We may also disclose it where the law requires, for example in response to a court order.

By sending consumer health data to our concierge, you consent to us using it to answer your question. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing policies@skingraphica.com. We will then stop using the data and delete it.

You have the right to

• confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data
• access that data, including a list of the third parties with whom we shared it
• withdraw your consent
• have your consumer health data deleted.

To use these rights, email policies@skingraphica.com with the subject Consumer health data. We will verify your request using the email address you used with us and respond within 45 days. We may extend this once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary and will tell you if we do.

If we refuse your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing policies@skingraphica.com with the subject Appeal. We will respond within 45 days and explain our reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

We keep consumer health data you send our concierge for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
