    Both lists are refreshed each year and are published in alphabetical order (A–Z) by surname. Where an artist is best known by a nickname, that name determines their position.

    We consult with respected artists and industry experts, but final decisions rest solely with us.

    Social media followings or digital footprint are not persuasive in determining placement - assessment rests on artistic and professional merit.
